Building on the 45+ years of success of our master’s program in Industrial/Organizational psychology, the Department of Psychology at IUPUI is pleased to offer a new doctoral degree in Applied Social and Organizational Psychology (ASOP) with a concentration in Diversity Science.

Program objectives

  • Train researchers and practitioners to address societal and organizational issues using theories and methods from social and industrial/organizational psychology
  • Prepare graduates for the challenges associated with today’s increasingly global and diverse workplace through our innovative concentration in Diversity Science
